[Taiwan] TIPO Compiles Examples of Priority Documents for Public Reference
[ October 24, 2023 ] >Back| TIPO has established a dedicated database containing examples of priority documents for patent applications on its website. The aim is to help prevent errors when applicants submit their documents and to safeguard their rights. Applicants can use these examples as a reference to verify the authenticity of the documents they have received. The database includes the most common examples of priority documents from recent years. It excludes specific patent content and removes any identifying information from the cover pages. Additionally, it provides examples of non-priority documents and offers guidance on what applicants should be attentive to. We listed some examples in below table for reference:
