Ms. Cindy Chang has a Master degree in Biomedical Electronics and Bioinformatics from National Taiwan University, and has finished Intellectual Property related lessons in Master Program of School of Law, Soochow University. Ms. Chang is also a member of Multi-Discipline Management of Technology (MMOT) held by Ministry of Economic Affairs and Graduate Institute of Technology. Ms. Chang is in charge of specification writing, patent analysis report, patent prosecution, official actions and patent disputes.
